This new emotion is coming and is triggering a plethora of emotions you've had in the past. It is time to really let it out. The emotion can be sadness, anger, joy, confusion. Feel the feelings and allow everything to come out. Release it all because you can't control it.

This week you are putting our emotional happiness due to the alone time you had to question the negative attachments in your life. You are feeling good about being alone and this can be scary. When you are comfortable being alone, anyone coming in is competing with your peace. You've created happiness for yourself within this independence which will trigger others. Your alone time is no longer a punishment, and this is triggering the people around you. Your isolation is actually making you comfortable even though others are uncomfortable about it.

The judgment you are receiving is from your and your family's happiness. It begins with self-judgment which leads to judging others and then getting that judgment from others.
