  4. I have noticed that I feel much better if I regularly walk to work. About to move to a new location so I hope I can find a new way to get my morning walk.

  5. Once you build the habit of daily 20 minute walking, upgrade it to a daily 20 minute jogging.

    • I am on a Running Streak #2286 today and hence represent a walking (running) proof that it works. 😄

  6. I totally agree with what you said Ronan. I walk 2 to 4 miles every morning for the same reason, and I teach my students this a lot of my channel also!

  10. Okey, right now is: 6:16AM and I’m gonna walk until the little park near to my house and back. xD

    Eddit: I had a walk of 21 minutes and almost 5 minutes of runing. It was quite difficult to do, but complete that little challenge of the day inspire to workout after that, because I was mentaly and physically prepared.

  11. I agree. I know this works and my dogs do too. They will not let me simply walk. They make me at least do a fast trot. I used to run consistently but my knees and feet get to hurting too much. I would love to run again because it is free and does wonders for mental health as well as physical well being.

  12. Not sure how many steps I will take, but increasing my brain sounds really good.
