Without conscious organization, freedom and spaciousness can turn into chaos. The same is true with the physical body. The more we can consciously arrange our bodies, the more freedom we can experience in our breath and in our minds.
In this session, we’ll explore three yoga poses: Warrior 1 (virabhadrasana 1) intense side stretch (parsvottanasana), and Warrior 3 (virabhadrasana 3), and how our ability to root down can empower us to rise up.
A wall and either 2 blocks or a chair is suggested.
