5 years ago Ronan’s body was deteriorating…

With an over-demanding job, he spent a great deal of time feeling sick and tired, his mood was unstable and his mental focus was almost non-existent — a direct result of lack of exercise, poor diet, and bad sleep.

He decided to skip the hype, advertising and conventional ways of exercise and instead learn straight from scientific studies. He reproduced the experiments done by scientists in labs in his own body and saw how his health and fitness started to transform. The science of fitness and muscle growth has come far in the past 10 years. The importance of high-intensity training, tabata-like protocols and super slow strength training has shown that you can get fitter and get a better body in far less time than we’ve been made to believe.

By applying science, Ronan regained his energy and focus, got strong and healthy, won the 1st place out of 11,000 runners in the Viper Challenge, the largest obstacle circuit race competition in Asia — and continued getting faster, fitter and stronger.

Today Ronan coaches people internationally to apply the best methods to get in shape, boost energy, and bring back their “zest” for life.

Weight issues have to do with the emotional stress related to nurturing (issues with momin early life that are unconscius) and with body shaming and bulling that became an emotional stress due to the need to satisfy others expectations in early life… If we do not adress these factors first, no weightloss… it can be a transgenerational issue… complicated and fascinated issue…

    • I have this issue and out of the 40 I lost I still have the final 10 which feels like 20 and it’s pure emotional eating ughhh. What video would help me. I’m going to fast until it comes off. I’m sick of the last 10!

Wow..Ronan..grt.👍❤️…u told what I wanted to hear… I have been in d journey of body transformation since 4 months…my instructor always sparks the same that if ur mind is strong enough than u can be motivated by urself… So before starting my this journey I first set my mind and ready my mind for all d hardships…n now I am 10 kgs less…n still going… My instructor always motivates n encourages me to push more n cross my limits…ur videos help me a lot to understand different things for my weight lose journey..🙏🙏 thanks so much for making n posting such videos…

  10. How would you design weight loss for yourself if you are trying to feel more confident?

  11. I cut carbs and I get depressed and binge eat after a period. People who grew up eating substantial amounts of animal foods do well cutting carbs – mostly people in western countries – I suspect their gut bacteria is designed accordingly. For the rest of us, please take care of your mind, listen to Paul McKenna’s hypnosis, don’t eat fast food, eat good carbs… even rice if you like and keep you body and soul satisfied. Oh another thing… the most important thing – find and work on your passion. You will not think of food constantly anymore!

  12. Yes we can lose weight through mindset because if our mind is set that I can’t lose wait and our mindset is for comforts we cannot lose weight . TO GAIN SOMETHING WE GOTTA LOSE SOMETHING these all depends on mindset

  13. Is it possible that we do less exercise and by eating (diet ) we lose weight . But things which you suggest if it could be something easily available that would be better because what I have seen people say eat this and that but that’s what we gotta go and get and sometimes we don’t even get so some easy healthy tips please make video on this.

  14. I have a lot of reasons for trying to change my body and to put on muscle

    -inspire others
    -look my best
    -make my parents proud
    -be strong enough to defend and aid my loved ones

    And of course the typical reason, I’m tired of being built like and AirPod 😳

    As always love and appreciate your works and insights on weight loss and body care.

    Your Question: If you want to change your body, whats the core intention behind?

    Let me begin with my failed intention:

    -Back in 2017 after I left playing sports like soccer and cricket I slowly started to gain weight and started getting comments like “Fatty” “Bro what happened to you” and “Now you will never get back to the old Fit Viral”. My intention from here on wards was to prove those who doubted me wrong. So I can began going to the gym early in the Morning, drastically cutting down carbs and sugars, avoiding eating out and various other measures. Guess what I quit within two weeks of doing it and gained double the weight. A year went on and I kept getting more comments by people regarding how my body looked and the worst one came from girl “Look at you, You look like a 40 year old, you will never get a girl”. My intention of proving people wrong grew even stronger, I started with the same thing again going to gym and train rigorously for hours and no result again. I gave up the goal to change by body and just didn’t bother at all and believed what everyone said about.

    What changed my intention:
    Just this year I was introduced to mindvalley and in this I read a blog by Lorenzo Delano on “The Official 14-Step Mindvalley Guide For Accelerated Weight-Loss And Fitness” which changed my life within 2 months. My intention behind changing my body was to become a better version of myself for myself the fight wasn’t to prove anyone wrong the fight was with my old self my eating habits, my mindset and the “Weight loss lies I have been brought up with”.

    To any one reading this comment the only way you can progress in life is if you have intentions that is of value to you not to anyone else but to you.

    • Hi Diego, Ronan here. Feeling good every day is the real deal 🙂 it’s interesting that when you find out that self confidence is what you want you don’t really need to change your body at all. It’s much more about how you think about it and how you’re taking care of it. Makes sense?

    • @Mindvalley Hi Ronan, I do understand what you say, and agree with it.

      However, we know when people see someone in chape, people “admire”, and we consciously awake we know that, and In whatever circumstances, we being in good shape we approach anyone but anyone with way more confidence, transmitting a positive vibration.
