    • @BLACKBEAST the best way is intermittent fasting. Eat only 8 hours a day or one meal a day to teach body to burn fat in regular intervals often. Powerful stuff and reduce insulin creation is key. Losing weight and looking great will come super fast this way and body can also heal itself better by fasting. The new craze right now and is our human way just like wild animals fast too. Humanity has lost touch with their true selves true ways ie walked away from nature too much and are walking slowly back to our roots as time goes by now.

    • ​@BLACKBEAST From my experience doing strengh training in a slow motion when you fatige specific muscles. You make both, you lose fat and gain muslce mass specially when you are sleeping. I think that strengh training is even more better than cardio or even do a circuit training which is a mix of strengh training and cardio. I’ve learned this types of trainings doing a free advanced home workout from Mindvalley.

    But is this program also for strong focus on building muscle mass without focussing to much on fat loss?
    Can I also train 60 or 90 minutes a week instead of 30 minutes to speed up the muscle building progress?
