  2. Consistency is definitely the hardest. Shout out to everyone on their fitness journey!

  3. If I could change anything about my fitness or health, it would be about the causes for which I’m so far behind in height and weight compared to most of the people around me. I’m well aware of my cause and that is undereating. Or a picky eater one of both depending on the situation. I like certain things and dislike a lot of things. And I’m always forced to eat the things that I don’t like. The things I don’t like are mostly junk food. And I still get forced to eat it because of the people I surround myself with. My parents don’t force me to eat that. My friends do, so there’s an even deeper meaning to the causes.

  4. I noticed I fall off with alcohol, weed or other unhealthy activities such as snacking or binge eating junk food.

    Mind Clarification is definitely necessary and discipline.

  7. Hey Ronan, I’ve heard 2 drawbacks of intermittent fasting:

    1. It decreases the BMR, hence not as effective.
    2. It increases the fluctuation in blood sugar levels.
