This might shock you but time management is a lie 😲. Too often we look for solutions in time management systems, in the desperate hope that if we could just find the right one, it will finally help us get everything done. 🔎
But here’s the harsh reality: what you have is not a time-management problem but a priorities-management one. After all, you can cram as much activities as you can fit in 24 hours but in the end, you still only have 24 hours. ⏱
So what's the best course of action? The first one is to delegate. If you can hire someone to do the less relevant tasks in your workflow, go for it 🧑💼. When the revenue you bring in ends up exceeding what you’ve paid to delegate the lower priority task, then it’ll be well worth the expense . 💳
The next option is to prioritize. This means choosing and learning when to say "no." 🚫 Take some time at the start of your day to decide which things to focus on. List the 3 highest revenue-generating tasks you have for the day and let go of the rest 📋. This will keep you from being overwhelmed and leave you with undivided attention 🎯. Remember "no" doesn't mean "never." It can just mean "not right now."
