  1. How has this changed your perception about memory?
Remember to Jim Kwik’s FREE masterclass here 👉https://go.mindvalley.com/u7XeTXsK

    • I have selective memory. Only remembering what I find intriguing, stimulating or beneficial. I guess I should retrain my thought process regarding, what’s actually beneficial.

    • Sir I’m from India and I’m interested at Reading books but I don’t have place to read i mean that we’re poor and to read i don’t have place and some other reasons please if you read this suggest me

      nomqondo wakho ongaphansi

    • Microwaves are real bet half these people dont understand how they work..but they really work nikola tesla said The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.
You have to seek knowledge to find it people to busy chasing a check and STDs its not their fault they had no one to teach them and their heart is in the wrong place money comes with knowledge you can get it without but you will never keep it without knowledge

    • It´s not about being inspired, it´s about the fact that assumptions you have about yourself limit your potential, you don´t know that you have a bad memory, or aren´t smart or creative, you just haven´t tried the right angle yet. It´s optimism in a way, but being optimistic a very logical way to become something.

    • @BirdBoard yee, but you can´t ever know where or what it is, so ignoring it is the smartest way to live.

  2. why would one ever refer to a child as the “boy with the broken brain”?

    • Ikr. Some teachers think they can run their mouth’s infront of a child because they feel like they can get away with it. But that word they said so simply might scar the child for life.

    • When teachers hate their jobs or are just pain lazy with an over inflated ego that they think they can say whatever they want yet can’t bloody provide a damn solution. Says a lot about not only the school system but society as well, doesn’t it? If you can’t herd a sheep, abuse it or pick it out and throw it away.

  3. I have a dyslexia and speech impediment so it made it hard for me to read and when I was only 7 years old I wasn’t on my reading level so my mom got me a tutor she came to my house we went in a home and not even 30 mins she packed up her stuff went to see my mom and right in front of me as well said “There is no hope for him” and I always remember that moment and now i’m a freshmen in HS doing english 3 and as you can probally tell i’m still not the best but I proved her wrong

    • It wasnt you, she wasnt equipped to teach you.
I’m a more visual person and when learning something I need to have a reason why I should learn it if it’s not something that’s particularly interesting to me like algebra.
I barely passed math and in college I took a feeds and nutrition class for cattle and had a horrible time until I found someone that helped explain it like I needed to be taught then I passed it fine.
I think we all learn differently and people need to recognize that.

    • My Dad and I were driving through the cemetery when he was 86, we passed a grave and he said ‘that old b!@ch! She was my first grade teacher. When I was little I loved to sing and sang all the time.
She told me i couldnt sing so just dont even try.’
He said ” i never sang again”
I always wondered why when we went to church he wouldn’t sing but never asked.
He allowed a hateful person to take away his joy.
I’m glad you are doing well and you’re young and if you recognize this you can overcome and do very well!! Big hugs!!!

  4. this is crazy. over 3 million views, and only 23 thumbs down. that must be the greatest ratio of views to dislikes I’ve ever seen.

    cool.

  5. My FIRST EVER voluntary search to find this video from your AD. His speech is so soul touching. Thank you so much.

    • When i started getting BOMBED with repeated advertisement of mindvalley on YouTube i was oh wow this jim kwick’s thing is something i never heard of i will surely take the course cz i was sooo interested in speed reading …i fancied being able to read like shu shu shu …and a 300 page book done in a sitting of one side of my home to college commute…BUT THEN….

I saw the price of course was around rs22000 !! I mean its around the monthly salary a starting engineer or accountant with an mediocre graduation from a mediocre college gets … Of course a student isn’t gonna have that much …i was broken hopeless…
In search of getting a good high paid part job from home i bought a 500 rs. Course (I got 2000rs from relatives ….even they understand my broke condition and gave me ‘unemployment allowance’😂 … there i saw advertisment of Jonathan levi’s superlearner 2.0 course (LAW OF ATTTRACTION ) and this one didn’t asked for 22000 but just 450rs. ..i bought it got started and, this guy……he introduced me to THE WORLD OF MEMORY MENTORS and those who are working on their memory with different magnificent memory personalities …like jonathan levi anthony metivier joshuo forver(not sure about spelling but joshua is a *us memory champion* and author of moonwalking with Einstein)

See, I don’t mean to disrespect anyone specially not vishen lakhani who got this brilliant idea of ripping people off their money with these overpriced courses with all these hocus pocus videos in all these big auditoriums in big cities , people ARE greedy in this world and all of us know it very well…..BUT(back to jim kwick)

Of all those podcasts of big memory personalities all those ted talks in which memory masters were recommending other memory masters and their methods ….NEVER did i hear any mention about JIM KWICK ….yet his course has to be like….44x expensive then Jonathan levi’s superlearner 2.0 and Anthony metivier’s magnetic memory method…etc etc

So I came this far writing such along comment just to warn you that before dumping your hard-earned money in mindvalleys overly overpriced course do explore your options…check reviews properly and just don’t get into the hypnotisingly convincing and confident accent of Vishen ..i know it is difficult for a normal human mind …many have already enrolled into the course ..you are the lucky one to be reading this…
