  3. 1. Getting fit is not about physical looks. 2. Women don’t get bulky just from lifting weights. 3. Cardio is not the best way to lose weight. Add some resistance training. 4. You don’t need to do abdominal exercises to lose belly fat. It’s the last place most women burn fat from AFTER fat is burned from other places. 5. Burning fat is not based upon body type. 6. The length of time used to workout is not necessary. It’s about quality not quantity.
    *I still don’t understand why my belly and back fat won’t stay away. Doesn’t matter how much weight I’ve lost, even paid for liposuction, the fat came back.😔

  4. *About myth #4 , i am not agree with ur explanation because there is no fat anywhere in my body . i am a very slim person yet I have a belly fat and i am unable to reduce it even after doing lot of cardio and abs exercises for 3 months, plz suggests, what can i do to get rid of belly fat , i am 29 years old*

  5. In the last myth you’re talking about intensity basically right? It would be better to have a really good intens training of high quality then to train for 3 hours and get the same “net result” intensity.
    Also taking your theory on progressive overload, wouldn’t it be ideal to, for example, start with 30 minutes of quality training and over time stretch this out to max. 1 hour (since after about an hour your testosterone is dropping)?

    For the optimal result (for me it would be building muscle), wouldn’t it be better to do high quality/ intensity training for an hour then to just do high quality/ intensity training for 30 minutes? Especially if you feel you still have some energy left haha
