    I am so tired of these generalities. When people say DO this or DO that, heck, if I knew how to do THIS or THAT I would have done it by now and we wouldn’t be having this problem. They spout bunch of generalities and no actionable steps on HOW to do this or THAT and why this way actually works and it’s not another BS.
    So thank you for acknowledging that these struggles are real and what is simple step for one may be an unfathomable challenge for another. 🙏❤

  11. That was so powerful! It’s so true that we have become so conditioned that our ability to logically and rationally think is compromised to quiet an extent. My methods are a different from yours but I think it’s important to be aware of this issue. A majority of people fallback into their unconscious patterns because they refuse to acknowledge and change their behaviors. Great video 👍
