    • Okay I saw the trailer after I read your comment. The last 1 min of it so gruesome 😭 Will watch the entire documentary soon. Everyone should watch it.

  4. What blood type is the interviewee? What blood types were those athletes? Tyoe A does better with lower meat intake. Processed food is the iron fortified devil. Factory animal husbandry is GMO hell. Grass fed/finished pasteured organ meats first, muscle meats second, is where it is at.
    Where does your interviewee get his retinoic acid from? Where does someone who can’t convert 12 beta-caroteins into one retinol get their retinol from on a vegan diet? Copper atoms are loaded into ceruloplasmin, the most complex enzyme in the human body, by magnesium and retinoic acid dependent the ATP7B enzyme.   10. Vegans vs. Carnivores! Come on people, we humans are omnivores. We should be eating lots of organically grown plant based food AND some responsibly raised or wild caught meats (that includes fish, beef, chicken, etc.). I don’t get why anyone tries to argue with this!

    • I could never stab a cow in the neck myself, so I stopped paying others to do it for me. A whole food plant based diet even can reverse heart disease, so it’s perfectly healthy to don’t eat animal products 🙂

    • @Alexandra Christina watch some Bart Kaye videos and you will see how poor plant based science is when you dig deeper.
      Bart is a scientist, has been a university lecturer and a specialist in cardiac physiology.
      So he knows a lot about these topics

    • I agree, but some people, probably a minority,do seem to do better on a lower or no-meat diet.

  11. That’s pretty poor methodology to draw any conclusions at all. A sample size of 3 is nothing, and there are any number of conditions that could have been different from one day to the next.

  12. Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Paul Saladinno, Dr Paul Mason. Just a few medical drs on youtube who strongly disagree with a plant based lifestyle because the science does not support it for many reasons.

    Dr Benjamin bikman (metabolic scientist) and Bart Kaye (Scientist who critiques youtube nutritional videos) also would strongly disagree with this.

    If you think the meat industry is the one driving meat based diets then look equally who profits from promoting plant based diets.

    Eat what you want but don’t let slick propoganda driven documentaries replace actual scientific enquiry on nutrition!
