  2. THIS is the obstacle I’m stuck at for soo long. I know what to do, how to do but I don’t do it. I either get distracted or end up doing nothing. But what you said today was REALLY important and helpful.
    The 3 questions to ask yourself when you don’t feel like doing what should be doing.
    1) What is purpose or reason behind this activity?
    2) Whose lives will be effected if you do the activity?
    3) What is the cost of you not doing your activity?
    These questions really affects the negative pattern and helps to overide it.
    The MOST imp thing, Habit is MORE important than intensity or duration. That’s SO TRUE🙌🙌♥️ I used the secret to conquer that obstacle and your video came into reality, just when I needed it. Keep uploading the videos Sir🙌👍🔥 These help quite a LOT.
