  7. I loooooove your videos. They have had such a positive impact on dealing with my anxiety and my insomnia. Before, 3-4 hours of sleep a night was my normal. And it affected me so much. Anxiety, depression, nausea. Now I average 6 hours a night. That to me, is a lot. And it’s made such a difference. What u do makes a difference in peoples lives. Be proud of yourself.
