This bedtime hypnotic session combines aspects of self hypnosis, guided meditation, mind and body relaxation, and guided visualization to allow you a calming sense of floating and drifting into tranquil, positive dreams.

  8. Thank you for sharing these types of videos. Anxiety is really hard to deal with. I have found meditation to be really helpful in this regard. Mindfulness and meditation have helped me personally with anxiety. Before I practiced, I was constantly on edge and walking on egg shells and stuck in routines. I have reduced some of these tendencies with meditation. So, THANK YOU, for sharing this practice with others.   9. Dear Michael, you don’t know me, but I will always be grateful to you for these videos and healing messages that you provide for the sake of doing good in the world and inciting positive change. So far, I have been listening to your videos to help me sleep at night for the past 3 years. I can’t sleep without them. In these past 3 years, I have graduated college with my B.A in English and became a Direct Support Professional, or someone who takes care of adults with developmental disabilities. I wanted to do good too, and give back to those who have struggled with disabilities, because I struggle with one myself (High Functioning Autism) and I know how it feels to be different in a conforming world. Although I have struggled and am still struggling with severe clinical-level depression, seeing the goodness exist in people like you brings out the Light in me ๐Ÿ™‚ Goodnight from Arkansas!
