  3. These don’t seem to be informative . Just one big ad. So potentially Ife changing if they just have is the info and told us to check out the masterclass if we want more info.

    I just feel like I am watching one long ad.

    • It actually is very informative. I try to optimize my gym routine with the push/pull combinations. This shows me that 1 set to failure of the 3 push/pull combinations that I’m into is what is being recommended by Ronan as well (well I add the biceps/triceps to the 6 presented exercises, so I end at about 30 minutes in the gym).

  4. Ok. First off. Workouts don’t involve gasping and yelling. Second off. Real sets are 2 minutes apart. 3rd… that 4head

  5. can you show this routine but adapted to home or outside
    workouts. i dont have a gym nearby, surrounded by forest so probably an outside 15 minute workout would work best for me.

  6. It’s easy to condense a workout, the real problem is 30 minutes the assholes sitting on machines hogging them while they’re resting then doing another rep then another rest.
