When I was discharged from the Army on December 31st, 2018 I lost my dream job. I was also divorced with two kids and could barely walk. If it wasn’t for my mindset of never quitting and always moving forward I would have never made it to where I am. I found my passion in making videos here. And now YouTube Will be a full time job for me soon.

This is what I needed today to wake up the giant inside myself. I know this knowledge. However, it works just like handwashing – if you want your hands to stay clean, you should wash them on regular basis. The same thing is with it. Listen to it every day as soon as you wake up and let this make your day. Everyday! Have a good time everyone!

I love this message, but what happens when you’re dealing with mental illness or depression? I consider myself a very positive person and have a strong mindset, but when depression hits me. It’s like all my energy and zest for life just disappears. I don’t stay down for long, buts a never ending battle.
