  1. I have tried many meditations out there. Definitely, Deepak’s meditations are by far the most effective for me. I am able to listen and tune into my body and relax immediately. These short videos are just perfect to start my day and end my day! 🙏 thank you Deepak!

  2. Deepak, why can’t we create some kinds of devices that use sound to assist in the shifting of awareness to meditative states, and then provide those en masse to the general public? I’ve got some ideas for how to do that. It’s just that I feel like meditation practices for most people are difficult, and a lot of people seem to struggle and are slow to get results, since the mind is soo conditioned into compulsive thinking.
