Quick question teacher, can someone who has been unable to practice yoga physically (recently) be able to access Shakti? I have been studying on Lord Shiva and a friend mentioned his consort. I’m wondering if I may have had a deeper awakening within Shakti. It sounds like it’s most often experienced via yogic practices. Back and body have been difficult to practice yoga with. So I’m thinking that Tai Chi or Qi Gong may be more gentle on body and spine.

What do you think? [If you’re able to answer or if another had some insight I would be most appreciative]. I feel grateful for both you and Sadguru. 🙏💜🌻

  7. Love & need this. oceans of gratitude for the gift of fluidity : no interruptions w/ advertising
