  3. Good morning everybody! One thing I have achieved with this meditation on I Am is to get time without thoughts. Together with the learning of breathing I inhale: 1,2,3,4, times… I stop 1,2 times. I exhale very slowly: 1,2,3,4,5,6 times…I stop 1.2 times and start over. I train about 3 times a day and before bed. If thoughts appear, I no longer resist them. I see blue smoke dissipating and go back to abominal breathing. As it gets slower and stops, I believe I have the experience of the I Am. As anything takes my sleep and I have difficulty falling asleep, this type of breathing and the repetition to myself of: I AM, have helped me to fall asleep easily. Thanks to Deepak Chopra for these teachings. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
