     We have all been in the darkest dark about the power within us, the force of our mind. We all have spent years trying to untangle a network of our upbringing, someone else’s thoughts, affirmations and actions as we tried to live/create our own lives.

     Now I see and understand why it never worked because it was never about my/our true self but rather this ‘image’ ‘personality’ – personna that was always trying to live this false fake life to accommodate, please parents, friends, family, society, boss and so on.

     Yes, it is work of sorts but it is for your true self. It takes a level of trust in yourself and the Universe who is waiting to release your desires, love, peace and joy into your/my life.

10. these days I feel depression and I wanted to commit suicide, I was very down today so I woke up at 3am and by accident found this wonderful Louis Hay 40 min contemplation …it wonderful… and change my attitude a lot. 12. My daughter suffered with anxiety for a year and wouldn’t leave the house. We tried psychologists and counseling but nothing would work. I then got her to listen to this every night for a month. Yesterday we went out to the gym amd out for dinner. Thank you Louise Hay ❤
