  4. There is one unstated assumption here. It assumes that your body has access to the nutrients required to produce more mitochondria. Most people do when they start, but some people hit a hard ceiling after a while. Why would a body that can’t produce more functional mitochondria create more muscle that depends on mitochondria? It wouldn’t.
    So, what nutrients are needed to increase functional mitochondria? Quite a bit, but the two biggest constraints appear to be magnesium and bio-copper (ceruloplasmin-bound copper). Magnesium is key because it is required to make ATP functional in the body. ATP is worthless to the body. Mg-ATP is the true energy molecule of the cell. In addition, 3,751 protein types have binding sites for magnesium — this is called the magnesome. Copper is the only element on Earth that converts oxygen into ADP and activates the enzymes that safely clear the oxidants produced as exhaust in the mitochondria. Every enzyme with “oxidase” in the name is bio-copper dependent! As an added bonus, ceruloplasmin-bound copper expresses as ferro-oxidase, which manages iron in the human body to prevent excessive oxidative stress and inflammation.
    Morley Robbins is your “go-to” guy on how to support mitochondria so long as your nutrient absorption and liver systems are still functioning. If they aren’t, and these people are usually really sick, then you need to fix those systems first or your body can’t even use what you are feeding it.

    In My case it took me 1 week, maybe because a had a good diet and I was new.

  7. 0:57 I’ve heard that your body gets stick of the same workout after 6 moths of make the same exercise. I mean You don’t get more gains of that workout and You can’t progress after 6 moths.

    I Guess that this just happen when You don’t make the this each time more difficult for Your body, using more weight or a challenging postures, support more time, make more repetitions, etc. Instead of that You make the same think everyday.
