I often wake up at 5.30 and if i wake up 4’o clock then i do ample of things like do yoga and most precious thing is praised god for 30 hours which makes me feel happy after that i do study consequently, in this way , i fully emphasized on my study and want to get degree that makes me feel proud.     • a habit is not formed in 21 days. the study which claimed so has been declared vague by another researcher . Initial study had a sample group which consisted of only the people who underwent plastic surgery …..

    • Day1 : didn’t wake up early (but half an hour earlier than everyday)
