  1. Thank you for introducing one of the more helpful videos I’ve recently seen. Those victories DO ADD UP FAST.

  2. I have a hard time meditating. The thoughts are there, and you are supposed to leave them in their corners. I don’t know what to do once I begin meditating.

    • You can focus your attention on your breath.. the thoughts will pop up, it’s inevitable, but your suppose to do not get attached to it, you know… search for vipassana meditation! You start focusing on how the air comes inside your nose. There’s a channel here aswell that could be useful: healthy gamer gg, he is a psychiatric and has some tips about meditation.

    • Yes, focus on your breathing, count the breath. Or focus on a sound, like a fan. And WHEN thoughts enters your brain. Guide your attention back to that sound, and do this over and over until your mind is silent. It can take about 10-15 minutes or more and sometimes less. Do this everyday, once or twice and your brain will be trained to do this more efficiently. Remember this is a progressive thing.
