  7. Many yoga exercises and meditation techniques can truthfully be considered a “technology.” The problem is, all of that good stuff is mixed in with a lot of supernatural concepts and beliefs that have no basis as real-world fact. Specifically, belief in reincarnation, immortal karma, and the existence of souls (aka ghosts) that are separate from the physical body and brain are popular fantasies. Human consciousness is all in the brain, and when we die the memory of our lives by others will live on for some time, and the effects of our good and bad deeds in life will live on for awhile, but there is no personal soul or consciousness that survives death. What you feel a “soul” is the fabric of the universe. It is real, but it is not personal. If you wish to define the entire universe as soul and God, then you can truthfully say that that cosmic being reincarnates in different forms and creates all living things on all planets in all galaxies. That is nondualism, which has never been made into a successful religion because it is too simple, and has only a small calming effect on people who are programmed to be afraid of death. The financially successful religions always have to lie to gain customers, because all organized religions are a business.

    • in a world where death is dead religions will have no purpose. All religions are based on the fear of the after life. But i think we should not think that we know all, we should not come into conclusions. rather, we can stay open to all possibilities. i don’t know why i even said these here.

    • actually we can start feeling than thinking and arguing.

  8. i got the jab and dont feel like myself, what can i do to feel like me again

  9. Communion with the Christian God is the same as that declared by Yogananda. No not that catholic usurped communion which is a remembrance that is all.

  10. At its most basic, technology is information; knowledge producing applications which make life better/easier and people more effective. Yoga fits that definition well imho.

  11. This book showed up in life at age 15 and awakened me to a myriad of Divine scientific teachings… Eternally gratitude πŸ™βš›οΈπŸ’•
