  2. 15 minutes of exercise cant offset 23 hours of sedentary hours of inactivity.

  6. So what you are saying is…. That if I work out for 10 minutes a day and diet is nowhere mentioned… I will be able to build muscle that would take probably take 1 hour of workout 5days a week and a strict diet?

  7. You don’t need to be exercising 2-3 hours daily for 7 days a week to get results UNLESS you’re very overweight/physically weak/or amateur/pro athlete

    I work out 35 minutes or so every day & I’m in great shape
