The Enneagram is an ancient tool for assessing personality patterns. There are nine core patterns identified through the Enneagram.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Enneagram Type 1, the Reformer. Practice makes perfect, but for the reformer, perfection is the primary goal. The desire to do what is right can quickly go wrong, but the goodness and determination of a reformer type can also turn a lot of wrongs right again.

The co-founder of the Enneagram Institute, Russ Hudson, discusses The Reformer, Enneagram Type 1.
Russ Hudson, with his partner Don Riso, developed the scientifically-validated test instrument, the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (RHETI), now considered a standard test in the Enneagram field.
