  4. There are two kinds of motivation…internal and external. Praise is a form of external motivation. Internal motivation is to be inspired by your values, beliefs, and purpose. We have to develop the latter kind of motivation. If we are intrinsically inspired, we will never be demoralized. But how? We have to have a strong reason to do something. This is the why power. Swamiji gives many examples to drive home the point. Watch the video and share with others!
