About Nir Eyal:

Nir Eyal is an international bestselling author and lecturer and one of the world’s leading experts in the field of focus and habit formation.
His journey into habit formation began at a low point in his life, when he was clinically obese and struggling to focus on his goals. Nir’s work has been covered extensively in publications like Time, The Harvard Business Review, Inc., Psychology Today, and many more.
He has also been called “The Prophet of Habit-Forming Technology” by The M.I.T. Technology Review, in honor of his co-founding of various companies in this sector and his prolific work in helping companies build habit-forming products.
With his first-ever Mindvalley Masterclass, Nir's goal is to spread an increasingly urgent message: that by harnessing the right tools and mind shifts, anyone can achieve superhuman focus and productivity – and start achieving more than they ever thought possible.

    • @Yung Kirk Actually the Mindvalley Summit. I guess it’s free to register. Check out the pinned comment for the information.

    • @Michele A True, I guess it depends on how we prioritize them. I personally like to visualize what I set out to accomplish and writing helps me do that.

  2. I hate using long lists as well, however, I still have to prioritize my top tasks, usually 3-5 major things I must get done that day. If I don’t get those done (and trust me, the tasks are doable) then I must reassess my strategies.

  3. I make a to do list everyday. If I didn’t I would just procrastinate and never get anything done. They keep me focused. I don’t make excessively long or unrealistic list. I also don’t beat myself up if I don’t check everything of my list. I guess it’s about how you use them and your mindset towards them.

  5. Yeah I do the todo list thing from time to time. And I literally ALWAYS complete it. It makes me do the things I need to do. 🤦🏽‍♂️

  6. *5 things to quit right now:*

    *1. Overthinking*
*2. Trying to make everyone happy*
    *3. Living in the past*
    *4. Worrying*
    *5. Doubting yourself*

  7. *”Everything in life is easier when you don’t concern yourself with what other people are doing.”*

The chances of you seeing this comment is pretty low, but if you did, *I hope you have an amazing day.* 🖤

  8. *“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending…”*

I may not know you personally, but I believe in you my friend! 🙏

    • Thanks brother 🙏🏼..

      Please pray for me..

    • And pray tell me. When I am a 65 year old woman full time carer of a parent with Alzheimer’s at 95, because of removing her from a a care home trapping them alone in their room for 8 months getting covid three times and she survived one positive. trying to run a business, with no family and no friends to lean on, going through sheer hell, losing my little dog for routine and a bit of joy. You think I don’t need a list and a hell of a lot of prayer?
