  7. I drink mate with my husband before he goes to work, then I meditate then workout and then kids are up and my morning is not mine anymore hahahaha

  8. I feel so happy that I am doing same routine only difference is that I do chantting/meditation as soon as I wake up ,then sunsalutation,pranayam,cold shower, black coffee, intermittent fasting

  9. 1:43 jeje yesterday I was a point to desactivate the airplane mode to see My notifications. But, after do it I mermbered the words of Jim kwik and put My phone in airplane mode again and after that wake up of My bed.

  13. Well my morning routine goes like this
    Wake up, Brush, 20min cardio Exercises, cold shower, meditation and begin my workday
    Ofcourse now that i have watched this, i m definitely adding sun salutations and Qigong
