  3. The best one so far to be honest. It was during the quarantine that u finally too my health and fitness very seriously and went deep into nutrition. My goal for 2021 is to really tone up and sculp my body 🤗

    But recently started working on in
    Ronan you are such an inspiration you people at mindvalley are always out their to motivate people thanks a lot😊😊😊

    I broke my ACL and my rehab was’nt so well so I did’nt recovered well which in turn increased my weight
    Would love if you’ll add some workout for knee strengthening
